Company Story

Upon starting my career in the property industry I spent over a decade working in lettings agencies, starting off as a negotiator and working through the ranks culminating in setting up a lettings department for a prestigious central London agency. 
 
In 2008 I set up my own company providing agents with a comprehensive legal administration service – allowing them to outsource their legal work to a specialist admin team.

I furthered my academic studies in property law and become a freelance trainer working with GKJ Consultants. Gill Johnson of GKJ Consultants, is a highly experienced trainer whose clients include some of the largest independent agencies across the country; and was also the lead writer of the ARLA Property Mark Technical Awards in Residential Letting and Property Management.

Since 2010 I have been running legal and practical courses in lettings and property management  across the country for a variety of national lettings agencies. In recent years we have expanded all of our face to face courses to be available as on-line training to offer more flexibility to our clients.

Given the ever increasing amount of legislation letting agents are required to follow,  I believe training is essential for anyone working within the industry - not only learning what needs to be done to comply, but gaining a full understanding of the foundations of why it needs to be done. That is what I excel at - training that is flexible to meet all levels of understanding, training that is engaging and training that allows employees to excel and progress within their given roles in an agency.
