One programme, two routes in.
For individuals
Join a scheduled open cohort.
A supported route for a solo agent. Same taught sessions, workbooks, mock exams and office hours, on a set schedule.
The course
Propertymark Level 3, taught live and mentored to the exam.
26 weeks, hybrid delivery, and a fixed cohort cadence. Every Level 3 learner also gets a library of short courses on housing law, AML, consumer protection and more, included free.

Yes. LETiQ is a Propertymark Qualifications Recognised Centre and learners sit the Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency, a qualification they keep for life.
The cohort runs over 26 weeks, with 36 hours of live teaching across the four units. Revision time sits on top and varies from person to person.
96% of learners who complete the cohort pass within six months.
Both. A solo agent can book a place in an open cohort without a discovery call, and agencies can have a cohort taught for their own team, online or at the office.
£595 plus VAT for an individual place. The £300 Propertymark exam fee is paid separately. Agency team rates are quoted on a call.
Both, depending on how you join. Open cohorts are live online webinars, all recorded for catch up. For an agency training its own team we come to your office, run it online, or mix the two.
